- The use of Cognos upfront interface to create custom report to suite the needs
- The availability of Standard Analytics cubes and the data contents
- How to analysis the data presented and types of data is reported in the cubes, such as license and resources utilizations
- Where to find the information that users want
- How to “data mine” specific required data from OLAP cubes
